Revolutionizing You…
and the world around you

Formerly known as Take Action Mon Valley
TAAG’s overall purpose is to equip communities with the necessary knowledge to leverage local grassroots community organizing, to gain power & influence over decisions that directly affect them, thus creating sustainable change and increasing the conscious level of residents.

We began this journey as Take Action Mon Valley, a dedicated and concerned group of individuals focused on making waves, change, and impact within the Mon Valley region, outside of Pittsburgh, PA. Our diligent work within the Mon Valley area led us to many new partnerships, initiatives, and the full realization of our influence and impact, rooted in our desire to unapologetically advocate and empower others to find their voice and their power. Our influence and impact began to travel outside of the Mon Valley area to our neighboring cities and counties and even across the country. This rebrand represents our evolution into our full capacity to educate, empower, and serve those who consistently experience social injustice.
After several years of being moved to action by the traumatic events happening within our community, rallying alongside those in need to educate them of their power, help them amplify their voices, and organize for change within the Mon Valley and surrounding areas such as Pittsburgh, Wilkinsburg, and beyond, we have further discovered our own level of impact and influence. We are evolving and we're ready to share our grassroots advocacy framework, years of experience, and educational resources with EVERY individual and community across this nation that is READY TO REVOLUTIONIZE the world around them.
REBRANDING FOR EXPANSION, growth, evolution

MISSION
We empower and equip those experiencing social injustices through grassroots community organizing and skill-building in order to solve current/future problems through education, community organizing, and promoting Black Liberation.
vision
We envision closing the gap for those who suffer social injustices so they can live in their truth without apology, limitation, stigma, or oppressive stereotypes or expectations.
